Collaborate with Us
The Alphabet Project is 26 weeks per season. Here’s how it works.
Each week, beginning July 12, 2012… a devotional will be published. Each devotional is titled with only one word. (i.e.: Faith… Hope… Love…) The first devotional will begin with the letter A, and the next week B, and then C, and then D. Get it? Alphabet Christ!
Our devotionals normally consist of only 4 paragraphs, scripture reference, and 3 study questions. Look at the example below…

“Promise”
So often, we get discouraged by the fiery darts that life throws at us. We sometimes let these things drag us down and forget that this is not our home. As awful as life can be, we are sometimes content with what we see, and never think of the greater things that lie ahead.
Jesus has gone to prepare a place for us where we will never again have to deal with sin, death, sickness, poverty, or any other travesty that haunts us every day.
John 14:3
New International Version (NIV)
3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be with me that you also may be where I am.
Throughout the Word of God, you will find examples of where Christ came to those who thought there was no other way. The ultimate example is where He died on the cross, taking the place of everyone… those who mocked Him, the ones who pierced His side, and the ones who wept at His feet. Every single person who was born of a sinful nature received the promise that they could live with Him for eternity if they accept Him as their Lord and Savior.
Regardless of what you are going through, remember that you are not alone. There is One who walks with you, and there is an ultimate promise that awaits you. Accept it today!
Questions to ask yourself…
- What are the things you deal with most often that make you feel alone?
- Do you sometimes just forget that Christ has promised that He will return and take you to be with Him.
- Are you ready? Have you asked Christ into your life as your Lord and Savior?

That took just about 15 minutes to compose, and less than 5 to read. The goal is for our authors to write quick, but quality material for our readers. Get in, get blessed, and move along. We never want our viewers to be overwhelmed while visiting the site. That’s why there’s very little content other than the devotionals.

If you would like to take part in what can be a very powerful project, it will take very little time on your part, but you could potentially change the life of someone else for a lifetime. (We’ve seen it happen before, so never sell yourself short.)
To collaborate with us, please contact the site moderator, Mark, for more information. You can choose any topic you’d like provided that it can be titled with a single word. If you choose a letter that has already been taken for this season, your submission can be used in Season 2 which starts in January 2013.
Thus far, the following letters have been assigned for Season 1: A, B, P, O, T, X
The rest are up to you! You can compose just one devotional, or you can compose 20. It’s up to you. The devotionals are published in alphabetical order. So, if you choose to write a topic for the the letter E, it would be due far before the letter S. This gives you all the time you need! Your submission needs to be emailed to Mark no later than two weeks before publication date, which is posted below.
